As you'll note, this is a much more more "organic" sound, a bit more indie and raw then most of the other work on this site, and there's purposely live piano on every single track.

This took the longest to write, as i wokred on it off and on over the course of several years. It also marks the first album where i switched from writing music first, then vocals, to writing the vocals and lyrics first, then the music.

The albums deals with religion and the challenge was to be subtle and to avoid the obvious. While visiting Eastern Europe, i sat donw with a man who ahd been recommended as a "Healer'. He stuck lots of needles in my hand. At one point he suddenly blurted out "You had an argument with Gd, a falling out that you never resolved." Religion hadn't been at all discussed up to that point, but he was right. On a walk directly after this session in hand massacring the idea for this album came to me and i spent the next few years working on it when i felt appropriate resolutions in this argument had been made.
